TERMS AND CONDITIONS: - For safety and security reasons, parents must accompany children to and from the studio. - Children should not be dropped off more than 5 minutes before class starts and should be picked up no later than 5 minutes after class ends. - Class fees must be paid in full before the term begins. - Once a course has started, no refunds or credit notes will be issued. - Students who miss a class are not eligible for makeup lessons unless they provide a 24-hour notice or a medical certificate that is acceptable to KJS art school. Only 2 makeup lessons per term are allowed and must be taken within the same term. - In the event of a forced closure due to government regulations, classes will be transferred to online classes on Zoom. Refunds or makeup classes will not be offered. - Photos may be published on the website, local newspapers, and social media for KJS promotions. - Due to COVID-19, parents are required to remain in their cars for drop off and pick up to maintain social distance. *
