All bookings must be made online or by phone. Full payment is required to confirm your spot.
Tickets are non-refundable. However, if you are unable to attend, you may transfer your ticket to a friend or family member by notifying us in advance.
You may reschedule once if you notify us at least 48 hours before your session. Rescheduling is subject to availability.
Please arrive 5 to 10 minutes before the scheduled time. Sessions begin promptly and late arrivals may miss important instructions.
All art materials are provided for use during the session. Only the canvas is yours to take home. Brushes, palettes, easels, and aprons must remain at the studio.
Guests are welcome to bring their own snacks and non-alcoholic beverages. Strictly no alcohol is provided or permitted on the premises.
Most sessions are for adults 18+. Family-friendly sessions will be clearly marked, and children must be accompanied by an adult.
We offer private sessions for birthdays, corporate events, team-building, and more. Please contact us to arrange group bookings.
We may take photos during events for marketing and social media. If you prefer not to be photographed, please let our team know at the start of the session.
We are committed to providing a safe, fun, and respectful environment for all. Disruptive or inappropriate behaviour will not be tolerated.
