TERMS AND CONDITIONS: - For safety and security reasons, parents must accompany children to and from the studio. - Children should not be dropped off more than 5 minutes before class starts and should be picked up no later than 5 minutes after class ends. - Class fees must be paid in full before the term begins. - Once a course has started, no refunds or credit notes will be issued. - Students who miss a class are not eligible for makeup lessons unless they provide a 24-hour notice or a medical certificate that is acceptable to KJS art school. Only 2 makeup lessons per term are allowed and must be taken within the same term. - In the event of a forced closure due to government regulations, classes will be transferred to online classes on Zoom. Refunds or makeup classes will not be offered. - Photos may be published on the website, local newspapers, and social media for KJS promotions. - Due to COVID-19, parents are required to remain in their cars for drop off and pick up to maintain social distance.

Academy Protocol

To guarantee professional results, all premium paints and specialty brushes are securely maintained at the KJS studio. Students take home their KJS Art Bag and Sketchbook for practice. Independent material sourcing must strictly match the KJS official list.

Once a course commences, refunds are not issued. Make-up lessons (maximum 2 per term) require 24-hour notice or a medical certificate, and must be taken within the same term.
