TERMS AND CONDITIONS - [ ] Safety and Security-Parents are asked to escort children to and from the studio. - [ ] Please do not drop off your children earlier than 5 minutes before start of class and pick no later than 5 minutes after class finishing times. - [ ] *Class Fees-Class fees must be paid in full BEFORE commencement of the term. - [ ] *Refund policy-Once a course has commenced, no refund or credit note is possible. - [ ] *Absent policy-Our absentee policy does not permit makeup lessons for students who miss a class. If you have a reason that is acceptable to KJS art school provide a 24H notice or medical certificate, makeup classes are possible. Only 2 makeup lessons per term will be allowed and should be taken within the same term. - [ ] *NOTE- Forced closure due to government regulations will result in all classes transferring to online classes on Zoom. - [ ] Please note we do not offer refunds/make up classes. - [ ] Photos will be published in Website/ Local newspapers/ Facebook for KJS promotions. - [ ] Please note COVID19- We will remain in car for drop off and pick up to maintain social distancing *
