KJS Academy: Terms of Excellence & Safety 2026
1. Studio Protocol & Security
At KJS Brush & Canvass, student safety is our primary mandate. Parents/Guardians are required to escort students directly to the reception of our Flagship Studio (10 Guernsey Way) for check-in. To maintain the flow of our elite programs, please ensure students arrive no earlier than 5 minutes before the session and are collected promptly within 5 minutes of the session conclusion.
2. Sustenance & Readiness
To fuel their creative endurance, please provide a nutritious, nut-free snack (for 3-hour Masterclasses) or a full lunch and water bottle (for Full-Day Elite students). We recommend "artist-ready" clothing, as our professional-grade pigments are designed for high-fidelity results and may be permanent.
3. Media & Brand Representation
By enrolling, you acknowledge that KJS Academy is a leading creative hub. We take pride in celebrating our students' progress; therefore, photographs of artworks and studio sessions may be featured on the KJS website, social media, and local press to highlight our community’s artistic excellence.
4. Booking Validation & Vouchers
Your placement is only officially secured once payment is finalized. If utilizing the NSW Creative Kids Voucher, the booking is considered "Confirmed" only after the voucher has been successfully claimed and processed by our administration. Any "gap" payments must be settled via Bank Transfer or Stripe prior to the session start date.
5. Excellence Guarantee
As a 10-year established academy, we provide all professional-grade materials. Once a program has commenced, fees are non-refundable; however, we offer studio credit for future sessions with 48 hours' notice of absence.
