**Terms and Conditions Sip & Paint – Terms and Conditions Welcome to KJS Brush & Canvass Sip & Paint sessions! To ensure a smooth and enjoyable experience for everyone, please read and agree to the following terms and conditions before booking: Booking: All bookings must be made online or by phone. Full payment is required to confirm your spot. Refund Policy: Tickets are non-refundable. However, if you are unable to attend, you may transfer your ticket to a friend or family member by notifying us in advance. Rescheduling: You may reschedule once if you notify us at least 48 hours before your session. Rescheduling is subject to availability. Arrival Time: Please arrive 5 to 10 minutes before the scheduled time. Sessions begin promptly and late arrivals may miss important instructions. What’s Included: All art materials are provided for use during the session. Only the canvas is yours to take home. Brushes, palettes, easels, and aprons must remain at the studio. Bring Your Own: Guests are welcome to bring their own snacks and non-alcoholic beverages. Strictly no alcohol is provided or permitted on the premises. Age Policy: Most sessions are for adults 18+. Family-friendly sessions will be clearly marked, and children must be accompanied by an adult. Group Bookings: We offer private sessions for birthdays, corporate events, team-building, and more. Please contact us to arrange group bookings. Photography: We may take photos during events for marketing and social media. If you prefer not to be photographed, please let our team know at the start of the session. Respectful Environment: We are committed to providing a safe, fun, and respectful environment for all. Disruptive or inappropriate behaviour will not be tolerated. By booking a session with us, you acknowledge and agree to these terms.
