Terms & Conditions 1. Booking & Payment All trial classes and one-day workshops must be booked in advance and paid in full at the time of registration. Bookings are confirmed only upon receipt of payment. Places are limited and allocated on a first-come, first-served basis. 2. Refunds & Cancellations No refunds are provided for change of mind or non-attendance once a booking is confirmed. If a student cannot attend due to illness or an emergency, a make-up session may be offered at the discretion of the management (subject to availability).3. Attendance & Conduct Students are expected to arrive 5 minutes before class and be collected promptly at the end. 4.Materials & Artwork All art materials for the session are provided by the Academy unless stated otherwise. Students may take their artwork home after completion. KJS reserves the right to photograph or display artworks for promotional and educational purposes.5. Safety & Supervision Our instructors maintain a safe and supportive environment at all times. Parents/guardians must inform the Academy of any medical conditions, allergies, or special needs prior to the class.
