TERMS AND CONDITIONS 1. Attendance & Punctuality: Parents/guardians must accompany children to and from the studio for safety reasons. Students should not be dropped off more than 5 minutes before the class starts and should be picked up no later than 5 minutes after the class ends. 2. Payment Policy: Class fees must be paid in full before the start of the term. No refunds or credit notes will be issued once the course has started. 3. Make-Up Classes: Students who miss a class are not eligible for makeup lessons unless they provide at least 24 hours’ notice or a valid medical certificate. A maximum of two makeup lessons per term is allowed and must be taken within the same term. 4. Government-Mandated Closures: In the event of a forced closure due to government regulations, classes will be transferred to online sessions via Zoom. Refunds or additional makeup classes will not be provided. 5. Media & Photography Consent: Photos and videos taken during classes may be used for promotional purposes on the website, social media, or local publications. 6. Health & Safety Compliance: Due to COVID-19, parents are required to remain in their cars for drop-off and pick-up. Sanitization and hygiene protocols must be followed inside the studio. 7. Code of Conduct: Respectful behaviour towards instructors, fellow students, and property is expected. Any disruptive or inappropriate behaviour may result in dismissal from the program without a refund. *
